Never received order

Order through app and the store never received order. I gave up after 30 minutes and asked for refund. Employee told me I have to go through app. Now I have to waste another 30 minutes trying to get a refund from Apple. Also an incomplete menu, cant even choose size of bowls. Do not use this app.
