The app freezes upon opening. I cant get to the sign in area.

Easy to order online, does what it says. Simple once you get all logged in and CC info set up.

Never able to get it to work. No buttons work. Try again or try testing something before releasing.

I just downloaded the app and wanted to order a drink but it doesnt even work! It literally just opens up and freezes. Not even worth downloading it.

Super fail! Order wont make it to the store for 2 times now

Id been using this app for much of the last year and it was fine. After the most recent update, I just get a screen with my info covered by a loading wheel. Tapping the app does nothing and the loading wheel doesnt end. Shouldve done some more testing on this one. I guess this is what happens when they move the HQ from the Bay Area to Texas.

Once you select a store for yourself in your profile, you cant choose a new one (say, when traveling) to make a new order. This app needs to learn from the Starbucks app. Also, feature to find stores near your location is not functioning. Lame functionality. Im deleting it from my phone.

After creating an account, it never let me log in, citing "Invalid Credentials" even though I know I had the right email & password. Then I learn its accessing my position in the background? Theres no reason to do that unless Im logged in and trying to make an order. Trust violated.

The app update look definitely is better than the old version but is still missing pictures as well as doesnt reflect the current menu at the stores and what they offer.

Downloaded this app 3 times. Each time comes up with "squeeze the day" screen and is locked up right there, wont do anything no matter how long you leave it on there or tap the screen. Junk

Gave it a second shot and it works better than the first time but still needs improvement. It tell me my nearest location participates In ordering ahead but when I choose start new order it says to choose another location. I love Jamba Juice and wishes their app worked better. Can they please hire someone that can program better? Or better yet.... test the functionality before releasing any updates.

You cannot enter your phone number to get your points when purchasing. (With enough points you get money off a future order). Cannot personalize an order. This app is currently pointless; I have to call the store if I need/want to order ahead of time. Wont use this app until these two things have been fixed. Deleting

I wish we are able to order anything we want to use any customize drink. Some of the freshly squeezed juices is not even on the app. I love Jamba Juice but I wish this app was more helpful for me
