Should take some lessons from Starbucks. Should be able to search menu for easy ordering and should be able to pay with a giftcard. Glad I got the $3 reward for signing up but doubt Ill be using the app for much of anything.

If I cant order the drink I like because its not on the app, the app is useless for me. And no customizations? Useless.

Its nice that the app lets you order ahead and your smoothie be ready when you get to the store, yes. But, you cant customize anything, you cant order secret menu drinks, you cant even order pastry items. So you order the pastry items when you get there but then still have to wait. It just doesnt make sense. Waste of an app if you arent going to allow all features to shine through. They should take tips from the Starbucks app.

Theres no option to add/remove ingredients from a menu item. And no option to choose different sizes. For example, you can order a larger sized acai bowl when ordering at the counter, but theres no option on the app.

Very disappointed that you cant use your gift cards to pay in the app.

I would think that a cutting edge concept company like Jamba could come up with a better app for ordering. Starbucks is much easier and less time consuming. Im not sure others are like me, but I tend to order the same items. This app keeps a history but doesnt let you easily order from it. In fact, the history doesnt even show what you ordered until you click "order again." You have to guess from the list rather than having it just show you what the item was. It also doesnt automatically locate the nearest store but makes you choose a "favorite." Oh, and then there is the fact that it times out when building the order even when there is great reception. There is that too. Jamba, please you can do better.

Im big on juicing my veggies and fruits. So I like to make my own drink something not on the menu! Please let me make my own drink !

All other apps have some discount or free things, but not Jamba Juice.

I downloaded this app believing it would save time, keep me up to date with menu changes/additions and the caveat of ordering

Order through app and the store never received order. I gave up after 30 minutes and asked for refund. Employee told me I have to go through app. Now I have to waste another 30 minutes trying to get a refund from Apple. Also an incomplete menu, cant even choose size of bowls. Do not use this app.

But, dislike that I cannot enter a gift card for payment.

The almond milk smoothies are not on the menu within the app even though they are available at my store, so this prevents me from using the mobile order feature. Its annoying that I cant use any of the mobile order offers or coupons since thats what I like to order. I definitely go to Jamba less for that reason. Update the menu and Id use the app and mobile order a lot more.

Still no Apple wallet support even though the app says it has it. I would like to store my Jamba card with all my other loyalty and rewards cards in Apple wallet. That would be awesome!

App crashed multiple times and froze rendering it unusable

The Tropical Sunburst smoothie was my absolute favorite, but they removed it with the latest app update. I used the app to order my smoothie so I could pick it up on the way to work, but now that I cant order my favorite ahead of time I often forgo the smoothie altogether as dont always have time to go order it in person and wait 5-10mins for it to be made.

I really wished you offered the option to pay at the store. Sometimes I have a coupon or there is a special and I cannot order through the app because I will be charged full price.

I literally just downloaded the app. I opened it and .... Nothing. App was frozen. So I give it a second and third chance and again FROZEN! So what happens next? DELETE!

Everytime I go to use the app it doesnt work. None of the links I tap (menu, sign in, sign up) ever do anything. It doesnt even attempt to load. Just nothing. Id give zero stars if I could.
